Senior Lecturers, Dr Levkovich and Dr Elyoseph conducted a study on AI recommending treatment for those with mental health issues.

The researchers asked ChatGPT-4 and 3.5 to evaluate depressive episodes and make suggestions for hypothetical scenarios. They then compared the answers of ChatGPT versus 1249 human primary care physicians (pcps).

Levkovich and Elyoseph found that ChatGPT-4 suggested psychotherapy before medication for 97.5% in scenarios of mild depression, compared to 4.3% of Pcp’s.

ChatGPT-4 suggested pharmaceutical medication for 74% of scenarios with severe depression.

A very interesting find was that neither ChatGPT versions prescribed treatment with any gender bias, where as it was found that humans could.

Researchers said that ChatGPT could support therapists but not succeed them.

Dall-E can create images from your own prompts. Just like it’s rival Midjourney.

To use Dall-E and start creating your own images, simply head to settings, Beta Features, turn on Dall-E and then turn on in your ChatGPT profile.

Here is a tutorial video on how to set up Dall-E and create your own images using ChatGPT.

Boston Dynamics created Spot the Dog, who has already been shown to walk, dance and jump… now he can talk.

Not only can the magic robot dog talk, but it can actually answer your questions. Just like ChatGPT, Boston Dynamics installed a text-to-speak function as well as making the mouth move on the dog.

So now you can have a conversation with a dog which extends further than “Do you want a treat?'“ and “Is it time for walkies?”

You can view the Robot Spot The Dog in demonstration here…
