The company behind ChatGPT, OpenAI, along with Facebook owner Meta have been sued in a class-action lawsuit filed in San Francisco by supernatural horror series “Sandman Slim” writers Christopher Golden and Richard Kadrey in addition to Sarah Silverman the actress and author of “The Bedwetter”. The trio seeking just under $1 billion in damages each for what they deem copyright infringement for the information “ingested” by ChatGPT for its large language model. Credit latimes.com

As Threads reaches over 100 million users, overtaking ChatGPT to become the fastest application ever to do so, CloudFlare CEO Matthew Prince suggested in posts that Twitter traffic, by comparison, is “tanking”. Credit The Verge

Whilst the excitement of the new application has thus far exceeded expectations, users have also been made aware that to delete Threads in its entirety once you have signed up you would need to delete your Instagram too! This coming from Threads CEO Adam Mosseri himself.
